1. About This Tool

Cashflow Navigator™ ("the Tool") is a cashflow forecasting and business planning tool provided by Bossit ("we", "us", "our"). The Tool is designed to help small business owners create cashflow projections and explore financial scenarios.

The Tool provides general information only. It does not provide personalised financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. It does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. You should always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

2. Eligibility & Access

To use the Tool, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Access is granted on an invitation or subscription basis at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data you enter into the Tool.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not share your account or allow unauthorised access.
• You must not use the Tool for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the Tool.

4. Accuracy of Outputs

All forecasts, projections, targets, recommendations, and calculations generated by the Tool are estimates only. Outputs are only as good as the data entered by the user. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any output.

The Tool should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial or business decision.

5. AI-Generated Content

Cashflow Navigator™ uses AI to generate forecast suggestions and insights. These are provided as a general guide only and do not constitute professional financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice. Bossit accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Always consult a qualified accountant or financial adviser before making business decisions.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of Cashflow Navigator™ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. By creating an account you agree to both these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Bossit and its directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Tool
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the Tool's outputs
• Any decisions made based on information provided by the Tool
• Any unauthorised access to your account or data
• Any loss of data or business interruption

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Tool — including but not limited to design, code, branding, content, and methodology — is owned by Bossit or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Tool.

Any data you enter remains your property. By using the Tool, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, are using the Tool inappropriately, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to access the Tool ceases immediately. We may retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Payment Terms & Refunds

If applicable, subscription or access fees are as communicated at the time of sign-up or invitation. All fees are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods or where access has been suspended due to a breach of these terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Tool after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

13. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use

All content, tools, methodologies, course materials, AI-generated outputs, templates, and software comprising this product are the intellectual property of Bossit Limited and are protected by New Zealand and international copyright law.

You may not, without prior written permission from Bossit Limited:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of this product or its outputs for commercial purposes
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content or data from this product by automated means
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying methodology, logic, or software
• Resell, sublicense, or create derivative products based on this product's content or outputs
• Use AI tools to systematically reproduce or replicate the structure, content, or methodology of this product

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your account and legal action under the Copyright Act 1994 (NZ).

The name Cashflow Navigator™ is a pending trademark of Bossit Limited in New Zealand. Unauthorised use of this name or any confusingly similar name is prohibited.
